Whether you call it a party, a get-together, a reception, a reunion, or a shindig, we call it EXTRAordinary. Extra Arts & Drafts is the best way to go beyond the normal your next social gathering.
We host birthday parties, office functions, holiday celebrations, bridal showers and bachelorette parties, family reunions, or any excuse to get together for a great time.
COST: Private parties cost $30 per person and include one DYI project per guest. We require a minimum of 10 guests (or $300). We can accommodate up to 45 guests.
FOOD & DRINKS: We sell beer, wine, flavored malt beverages, soft drinks, and pre-packaged snacks and sweets. You can bring store- or restaurant-bought food and desserts. Outside beverages of any kind are not allowed. If you'd like to purchase drink tickets for your party, please let us know when making your reservation.
AVAILABILITY: We can host parties anytime from 10:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays, or Sunday evenings after 6:00 p.m. If you'd like to schedule a party on a Friday night, any time Saturday, or Sunday morning or afternoon, we require a minimum of 25 guests, and the cost is $35 per person.
PROJECTS: You can choose to have everyone do the same project, or you can let your guests choose their own projects. Please let us know ahead of time which you'd prefer.
